The room was clean, warm, and well-decorated. We were impressed by the spaciousness and the excellent food prepared on-site. The value for the price was great, and the staff, particularly Marina and Lena, were helpful and friendly to us as visitors. The location was also convenient, with a short walk to the metro and the nearby Lavina Mall. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I always stay at this place when I come to Kyiv. They serve hot drinks when it's cold outside and it's the best. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, security, bar, flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back for New Year!
